The open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen combination is cavernous and comfortable, providing enough space for everybody to spread out and relax. The kitchen is well-equipped, providing everything you would need for creating gourmet homecooked meals, with bar seating for 4. The dining table is huge enough for everybody to gather together for family style meals, or family game nighttime. Your family will adore the puzzles and games included. You will also appreciate the half bath located on the upper level.

You will appreciate the inverted floor plan, with most of the bedrooms on the lower level. Bedroom #1 is located on the lower level, offering a Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, pool view, sharing a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom #2 is located on the lower level, offering a Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, street/ocean view with a full private bath (tub only). Bedroom #3 is located on the lower level, offering a Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, pool view with a full private bath (tub/shower combo). Bedroom #4 is located on the upper level, offering a King bed, TV, ceiling fan, balcony access and a full private bath (tub/shower combo). You will appreciate the family room located on the lower level. For your convenience, you will find a queen size couch bed in both the living room and the family room (bed linens not supplied for couch beds).

  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the property while you are away, just like you would back home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all of your things. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the rental a final time and scan for damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
