About this Property

Cozy SMOKE COMPLIMENTARY family home, 4 bedroom, 2 bath with ground level but inside shower, 5 min. walk to the beach and great proximity to handicapped beach access, Second street runs parallel to Sea front. Showers are available at the beach access and car and golf cart parking is also available if desired. MUST be at least 28 years old to rent.

The kitchen is supplied with a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, blender and coffee maker. The bar area seats 4 and the kitchen table seats 6.

The den area is supplied with a flat screen TV. Cable and high speed internet is supplied at no additional charge.

Upstairs bathroom has a shower tub. Downstairs bathroom has a stand up shower. Towels are supplied during your stay.

There are 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs bedrooms. One upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen TV. The other upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and 1 twin bed. A downstairs bedroom also has a queen bed and a twin bed and the final bedroom has 2 twin beds. All beds have new beds. Sheets are included during your stay. There is also a washer and dryer for your appreciation.

This home has been newly refreshed/updated to include a new washer/dryer, refrigerator and dishwasher. The outdoor space and entry stairs have been rebuilt. Deck chairs are included. There is a gas grille located in the downstairs shower room for your grilling needs. Grille MUST be used on the ground level.

Sea Isle/Brunswick County has many luxuries including tennis, 40+ golf courses and many options for runners, walkers and bikers.
