A roomy sitting area on each of the three levels have vistas out to the pristine grounds and the yachting waterway highway, the ICW! A gourmet kitchen is central in the great room featuring an off set dining area and a enormous sitting area with a fireplace. This home was constructed for entertaining with a cavernous floor plan to include freshly refreshed chefs kitchen& huge dining area. Connecting all floors is an elevator for ease of family flow throughout the home. Outside, you are welcomed to the immaculate grounds with a heated salt water swimming pool (42X16), hot tub, pier and floating dock. Holden Beach Park is just a short 4 min. walk and is a great place to take the kids. Other amenities in walking distance include Castaways Raw Bar & Grille, Mermaids Island Grille, Sunset Slush, coffee shop and even a candy store! You'll have so much around you that you'll forget there's a beach! All guest are able to use the private beach access on Ocean Blvd W directly across from Delanne St. To get there- take a right at the end of the driveway and walk to the first street (Sailor Drive) and take a left. Take that street (it turns into Delanne) all the way to Ocean Blvd W and you will see the private access directly across the street. Savor!

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in Holden Beach. To get the best value, shift your group's vacation to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer warm weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic.

  • Go through the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
