Welcome to "HER CHOICE", a Fantastic 5-bedroom, 3 bath Canal Front Home with Private Floating Boat Dock that will accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably! "HER CHOICE" has Luxury Vinyl Plank floor throughout the first floor, and an spectacular deck with the ability to relax and feel the canal breeze under the home. The price is right, the location is great, and with tons of extras supplied for you, this home is sure to please!

There are 5 Queen bedrooms total, with 1-bedroom downstairs and the other 4 bedrooms upstairs, 3 of which have adjoining enclosed sun porch areas where you will find 6 additional twin bed options for your family and guests. (This home will accommodate up to 16 people).

There is plenty of room for dining and entertainment in the bright sunny living areas. Sip your morning coffee or watch the sunset on your front porch rockers and swing. Gaze at the canal from your back porch which offers a dining area. Open decking surrounds the home. This home is superb for enormous family gatherings, and the kitchen is well supplied for meal preparation.

Bring your boat, jet ski, paddle boards and bathing suits. From your private floating boat dock, the canal opens directly into the Intracoastal Waterway. Beach access is close by, right at the end of the street.

As a courtesy, this homeowner provides guests with a Keurig Coffee Maker, Paper Towels, Tissues, Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, Liquid Hand Soap, Liquid Dish Detergent, as well as Liquid Laundry Detergent ~ no need to bring or buy these basic amenities! Rinse off after a long day at the beach with an outside shower and spend the evening calming on your nice big canal back deck space.

Getting the most from your rental budget:

  • To get the largest vacation home within your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at Cape Fear area restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property management companies often offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.
  • Find a copy of your local Cape Fear area area magazine when you arrive at the rental property.   • Lock your rental property while you are away! Don't let burglars spoil your vacation.
  • At departure, take a walk-through to make sure you didn't forget anything. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
