Sensational fenced and gated private pool surrounded by palm trees, shaded area, enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water and separated dressing area. Gas Grille, Deck chairs, picnic table. The back covered porch overlooks the pool and does have a safety gate to protect the little ones from the steps and the pool. Unwind and appreciate.
The Kitchen with an ocean view makes cooking & clean up painless. it is entirely outfitted with everything you should need including a crock pot, blender, drip coffee pot, Keurig Kcup maker, toaster, plenty of dishes, glasses, flat wear, cooking tools, pots and pans etc., some basic spices. Kitchen towels.
The Living Area is very open and roomy and family friendly. It actually has two 65” Intelligent TV’s (Great for the sports fans or gamers).
Dining table seats 6 and the island 3 or 4. There is also a dining table on the front porch seating 6. Savor the view from inside or outside.
You may even get a chance to view a rocket launch over the ocean from the front porch. And sometimes maybe a deer or two will show up.
There is covered parking under the home.
About the Area
Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is near a water park and near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Holden Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, kayaking, and motor boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
