Summary:
Here’s a private Carolina Beach 4 bedroom 4 bathroom unit, just a short block from a public beach access. It’s everything you need for a family or friends getaway, delightfully decorated with access to tons of comfortable outdoor space! Wash off the sand in the outdoor shower and have dinner outside at the big farmhouse table. Or savor the bright and airy living room and open kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and a enormous dining table.

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

When to book & When to go:

• In the Cape Fear area area, The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are reserved early. Booking your vacation home up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
• Summer time is high season in the Cape Fear area area. Reserve your rental property in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• Some hosts offer rate reductions for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group before you book.

If anything was defective and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
