This condo was freshly modernized and is definitely handsome. New kitchen appliances, bathrooms, floors, 60-inch flat screen TV in the living room and 42-inch in the master bedroom. And much more. Without doubt one of the nicest units in all of Timbercreek. This front-row condo, right on the creek, has some of the best vistas on the whole marsh side of the island. Better vistas than most homes--at a fraction of the cost. Bring your binoculars to watch the close by osprey nest that produced two chicks this year. You can see it from cavernous screened porch off the living room and an open deck adjacent to the master bedroom. Bring your fishing pole to catch dinner just outside the door. Plenty of blue crabs too, just waiting to be steamed. Guests also can use the Timbercreek swimming pool for complimentary. Do we sound like we're raving about the place? We are!
