This beautiful three bedroom condo has everything your group could need! There are wood floors throughout, granite counter tops, and refreshed furnishings. The ocean front master bedroom has a king bed, a full private bathroom, and a TV. The two guest bedrooms are on the marsh side. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the second guest bedroom has two twin beds and a TV. These bedrooms share a full size hall bathroom. The living room has plenty of seating for the family, marvelous ocean vistas, and a sizable flat screen TV. There is plenty of seating for the family at the dining room table and the kitchen counter.

Getting the best rental home value:

  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • To find the largest rental home within budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Cape Fear area attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.

  • Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before reserving a rental.

Know before you go:

  • Take a copy of the host's contact number and check in/check out procedures for your rental home.
  • Hosts are there to help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
  • Keep the property locked while you're out! Don't let burglars spoil your trip.
  • Record any issues with the property during check in, and immediately send them to the owner. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be helpful if there is a dispute.
  • Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Often times, adjacent homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Just before checking out, take a final walk-through to confirm you did not leave anything behind. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Leave feedback! Property managers rely on good feedback to stimulate future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your experience find their best rental home. Be fair with your review.
