Appreciate the best of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway while staying in this handsome canal-front home with a private dock, located just a quick 5-min. walk to the white sandy beaches of Ocean Isle!



This home sleeps up to 16 people in 5 bedrooms each with their own private bathroom.



Use the stairs or take the elevator up to the second floor, which features a cavernous open floor plan. Here is where you will find one of two living rooms with plenty of seating for gathering after a fun-filled day in the surf and sand, a dining table with seating for six as well as a enormous kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and bar top with additional seating for four. The kitchen offers a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, a toaster oven, tea kettle, blender, and crockpot. In May 2026, the kitchen was upgraded with all-new appliances, including a range, double oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Also on this floor is a master suite with a king-sized bed and private bathroom, as well as a second bedroom with two queen beds and a private bath. A half bath and laundry are also located on this level, featuring a new washer and dryer installed in May 2026.



On the third floor, also accessible by stairs or elevator, you will find another master bedroom suite with a king bed and private bathroom, as well as two additional bedrooms each with two queen beds and private baths. You will also find a second sizable living room with an upsized sectional, an eating area with seating for four, a wet bar, and a half bath. Both master suites and living rooms have flat screen Intelligent TV’s.



The canal-side of the home offers spectacular vistas of the Intracoastal. Take in the scenery on either of the two screened in porches just off the dining room and upstairs master suite or on the multi-level decking ideal for sunbathing! The entire waterfront outdoor space was charmingly refreshed in May 2025 and features an upgraded dock with two floating WaveRunner docks for even more fun on the water.



Whether it’s kayaking from your private dock in the Intracoastal or body boarding in the ocean, you’ll adore Doin’ Time here!



The closest public beach access point is at Raeford St; it's about 0.3 miles & a 5-min. walk. As an added additional, this beach access is handicap accessible, making it easier for all guests to savor the shoreline.

The dock/boat slip and canal are meant to be adored responsibly. Please note there are inherent dangers associated with water including drowning. Please be safe and wear a personal flotation device around the water and monitor kids and those are not strong swimmers.



We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook at the home). User error will result in a $100 service charge. No kids are allowed in the elevator without an adult. Use at your own risk.
