Bedrooms & Baths: Very comfortable beds in huge bedrooms. Roomy accommodations for up to 13 guests, with one of those being a convertible futon couch in the game room, with well-appointed bedrooms and modern bathrooms for ultimate comfort. Extra twin beds if needed.



Outdoor Oasis: A fenced-in backyard ensures privacy and is ideal for your furry family members – yes, we’re dog-friendly! Unwind by the brand-new pool (opened in 2025) or appreciate the covered bar hangout area, complete with a ping pong table, corn hole and ladder ball for lively games.



Entertainment Galore: Unwind in the game room featuring a basketball arcade game, Xbox, and a classic Ms. Pac-Man game. A standard pet fee applies based on the number of dogs. Dogs are NOT allowed in the pool. But Oak Island welcomes dogs on the beach (on-leash Mar 15-Oct 15, off-leash the rest of the year). Or just a few miles away on Caswell Beach the dogs can always run complimentary before 9 am.



Rinse Off Quickly or Totally: Once back from the beach, hose off all feet and paws with the convenient sprayer, or use the huge entirely-enclosed outdoor shower, which has hot and cold water and a changing area.
