On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a secondary living area with a huge couch and flat screen TV, and two sizable covered balconies ideal for taking in the view. Going upstairs you will find a enormous, roomy open floor plan that features natural lighting and gorgeous vistas. The well-supplied kitchen offers refreshed stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and a huge kitchen island making it painless to entertain and prepare meals. The living room is finished with an upsized sectional couch with a huge flat screen TV ideal for a comfortable movie nighttime after a busy sun filled day in the sun. The sizable master bedroom is located off of the living room offering a peaceful private getaway. On the second floor you will also find the laundry room and a half bath offering convenience for everybody. With two large decks you are able to not only have vistas of the ocean, but also captivating vistas of the marsh, ICWW, Shallotte River, and Shallotte Inlet; vistas like no other.

Bedroom #4 is located on the 2nd floor and offers a king size bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom with a impressive double vanity sink, and large walk-in shower - and, of course, direct balcony access.
