Stop scrolling! You have found the ideal vacation home for your family! Sit back and relax at our freshly constructed inverted floor plan which provides vistas of the ocean and intracoastal marsh. Not only are we second row over looking a one story home, but we have no one behind us; additional privacy! The top floor contains the kitchen, dining room, living room, and 1st master with en-suite bathroom(walk-in shower). The bottom floor has a sitting room with queen sleeper couch and 3 bedrooms: The 2nd master with king bed and en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower), a bedroom with a queen bed and balcony, and a bedroom with a full over queen bunk bed. The queen and bunk rooms share a bathroom (tub/shower combo) located in the hallway. Also located in the hallway is a full size stack washer and dryer.

The home has hardwoods throughout with neutral nautical decor, giving it a clean uncluttered feel. The kitchen is supplied with family meals in mind. Don't forget to check out the beach themed cookbook for fun new drinks and appetizers! The living room provides a basket of throw blankets washed between each guest, ideal for the cooler mornings or evenings on the decks.

Our home provides many decks and outdoor spaces each with a different goal in mind.

-The top back deck is equipped with rocking chairs and tables. Ideal for appreciating your coffee/beverage watching the sunrise/set. Or grabbing an afternoon tan watching the boats on the intra-coastal.

-Below that is a screened in porch. Great for the escaping the rain or the buggy evenings and still enjoying the warm temps and vistas.

-The top front deck has an additional high-top dining table for additional mealtime seating. It also has 4 high top chairs and drink tables for calming and watching the ocean.

-The first-floor front deck also has ocean vistas and is equipped with a enormous porch swing for relaxing or napping and 2 chairs.

-The lower under home space has a table and chairs for people to sit and watch their kids shoot hoops or swim. The pool deck will have loungers for tanning and access to the sand bar coming this spring. (described below)

So, if its swimming in the saltwater pool, relaxing on the day bed swing listening to the waves, or sipping your coffee while rocking and watching the boats; we have you covered! We have a space ideal for everybody.

This rental is great for families - pool, games, puzzles and basketball hoop. The home is steps away from a public beach access. If you’re looking for a longer family walk we are just one mile from the island shop and ice cream store.

Families with little ones- we have you covered!! Our home includes a pack n play, high chair, booster seat, sound machine, infant gate, a few toys and a bottle brush drying rack set for all the bottles, cups and pump parts.

Recent updates include the addition of a sand pit and bar next to the pool under the screened in porch. A fun place to appreciate building a sandcastle while the adults lounge in the hammock chairs sipping a drink from the tiki bar.

How to find the best Cape Fear area vacation home experience:

Cost saving strategies:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Holden Beach. To get the best value, try changing your family's Cape Fear area vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer great temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • In the Cape Fear area area, The earlier your group can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Reserving your rental home up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.
  • Often, rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Cape Fear area area visitors guides which often include money-saving deals, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find Cape Fear area visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

Use filters to search efficiently:

  • Choose a group leader, choose your vacation dates, and choose a maximum budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and the configuration you need. 2nd Row, sleeps 10, with heated, private pool! Beach and marsh views! has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
  • Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts & types is commonly accessible online. If you don't see them listed, email or call the property manager before you book the vacation home. Remember that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull out couches in living rooms.
  • If there's a specific Cape Fear area destination you crave, browse rentals that are either near by, or those that cater to your requirements.
  • Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. .
  • If your family is vacationing with pets, you'll need to find a pet-friendly vacation rental. Make sure to ask for information on breed, weight, and type requirements. Usually, property owners charge pet deposits and fees.

More considerations:

  • Review arrival and departure procedures before leaving home. Take a printed copy, and save the instructions to your phone.
  • Make a record of any issues with the property at check in, and immediately send them to the property manager. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be helpful if there is a dispute.
  • Property managers are great sources of help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Respect the neighborhood. Frequently, surrounding homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Lock your rental property while you're out! Don't let crooks spoil your trip.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your group have a wonderful time? Many rental managers make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property management company was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
