The kitchen is completely equipped with a Keurig & drip coffee machine plus coffee & creamers supplied. You'll adore the front and back covered porches with a porch swing on the front and table/chairs on the back. There's a fire pit in the backyard ideal for cool nights. With amenities like WiFi, 2 ROKU TV's, A/C, and a washer & dryer, guests can feel at home in this striking space. There's so much to do and see while you're traveling & exploring Wilmington and our pretty beaches. 2 blocks to Greenfield Lake park, a year round birding getaway & the ideal place to appreciate nature with family & friends. There is a 5 mile walking/cycling path, tennis & pickleball courts, skate park, paddle boats and a boat launch. The Cozy Cottage is close to historic downtown Wilmington with delightful tree-lined streets where you can discover close by parks, landmarks, & all that downtown has to offer.
