Get some sun as you pedal leisurely around Carolina Beach Lake in a single or double paddle boat, or pick up speed in a barracuda bicycle or a kayak. The Lake park also includes a weekly farmers market on Saturdays. There's also Movies-at-the-lake and fireworks at the close by fishing pier. You are also just a short drive to Fort Fisher for NC Aquarium, a Civil War Museum, and Recreation Area.
