Updates for Spring 2025 includes floor, furnishings and TV's. Great Dune Home with private pool! This 4-bedroom, 3 and 1/2 bath home (sleeps 10) is ideal for your family's beach vacation. Totally equipped kitchen, TVs are streaming only, DVD, WIFI. Home has washer and dryer for guest use. All four bedrooms have TVs and ceiling fans. In addition to the private pool, outdoor amenities include front and back decks with chairs/rockers, grille, picnic table, and an enclosed shower with hot and cold water. Beach Access between 1071 & 1073 OBW.

Bed linens supplied (Beds in bedrooms only) for weekly units. No Towels supplied can be rented.

How to get the best rental value:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • In the Cape Fear area area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your vacation home up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • Some hosts offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.
