Cape Fear River Condo cannot be beaten with its location! It's in the heart of downtown and a short walk to eateries, bars, breweries, and stores. The best feature of the space is the elegant view from the balcony! Appreciate your morning coffee on the rocking chairs or end the nighttime with a glass of wine while appreciating a fantastic sunset. We are dog friendly, but need to approve your pet ahead of time. Let us know if you are planning to bring a dog, we allow up to 2 for a $75 pet fee per dog.

The freshly modernized kitchen features black stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and a granite backsplash. You'll be able to work from your laptop or appreciate a home cooked meal at the island table with barstool seating for up to 4. The kitchen is open to the living area that features entertainment options like an HD TV with Roku, a record player with various albums, board games, and an electric fireplace. The queen sleeper couch accepts the condo to sleep up to 4 guests.

The bedroom has an upholstered queen size bed, a roomy closet for storing your clothing, and additional sheets, pillows, and blankets to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The bathroom features tile floor, a sizable vanity with a granite countertop, and some essentials to use during your stay.

The best feature of the space is the striking view from the balcony! Savor your morning coffee on the rocking chairs, or end the nighttime with a glass of wine while enjoying a fantastic Cape Fear sunset.

We do welcome up to 2 dogs during your stay as long as they are approved in advance. The $75 per pet fee will be charged separately after booking, so please message us directly.

Guests will have full access to the entire condo, a private balcony, and common space in the open atrium in the center of the building. There is a locked owners closet in the bathroom for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use. The building is protected by a coded gate, and guests can check in with a keypad entry. There is an elevator in the center of the courtyard for your convenience.

We provide a parking pass for one car in a parking garage located a few blocks from the condo.
