The public beach access includes showers and bathrooms. Home includes a king size bed, queen size bed and one bedroom with four twin size beds. Private balcony off of the Master bedroom. Each bedroom includes a full ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms include cable with flat screen TV's. WiFi throughout the home. Outdoor shower. Gas grille. When to visit Carolina Beach & When to book:

  • The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation rental six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • To book the best vacation home within budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Cape Fear area restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.

  • Be respectful. Often, surrounding homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules is the right thing to do.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Upon check-out, complete a walk-through to confirm you have not leave anything behind. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
