This newly modernized oceanfront home has two Oceanside covered porches with glass rails for spectacular vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. The well-equipped open kitchen, dining and living area provides ample space for the whole family. The kitchen has an under-counter ice maker and granite countertops. There's plenty of room to spread out, with an additional Oceanside sitting area upstairs so all can find a place to relax. Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pool heating is not available for this home. While there is a hot tub pictured, it is considered an extension of the pool and is not heated or jetted for rental purposes. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 nighttime units.
