Constructed in 2018, our end-unit condo provides all the modern amenities you could wish for, set against the vibrant backdrop of Carolina Beach. Its prime location across from Carolina Lake and just a short walk to the boardwalk puts shopping, dining, and entertainment at your fingertips.

The roomy open floor plan is bathed in natural light from the enormous sliding doors, showcasing a completely equipped kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances. The living area features a wall-mounted 55" Intelligent Roku LED TV, inviting you to relax after a day of beach fun. Savor your morning coffee or a sundowner on the over-sized covered balcony, providing the ideal blend of sun and shade while overlooking the community pool and the countless ocean beyond.

Our master bedroom offers a King Bed equipped with a luxury gel memory foam bed, private full bathroom, and sliding door access to the giant balcony. Watch your favorite shows on a 55" Intelligent Roku LED TV before drifting off to the sound of the surf.

The second bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed with a pullout twin trundle, all fitted with high-end gel memory foam beds, and another Intelligent Roku LED TV. A Pack'n Play is available for our younger guests.

As our guest, savor an array of conveniences to make your stay memorable. These include under-building covered parking (passes supplied), a lockable storage closet on the ground level equipped with beach chairs and sand toys, beach showers to rinse off, cable, and complimentary WiFi. Entertainment is at your fingertips with Intelligent TVs loaded with complimentary Fandango movies.

The condo's kitchen is complete with a coffee maker and Keurig, toaster, and full-size brand new washer and dryer. When you're not on the beach, cool off in the saltwater splash pool or fire up the community charcoal grilles for a oceanside BBQ.

Feel the ultimate beach hideaway in this 2nd-floor end unit, offering unparalleled pool and ocean vistas. Linens and bath towels are included for your convenience. Please note that there is no elevator in the building.

Covered parking for 2 cars are allowed. Clear guidelines for convenient parking are detailed on the passes and in your welcome information.

Our sanctuary is stringently NON-SMOKING, including e-cigarettes and vape pens. NO FAMILY PETS allowed. And to ensure a pristine environment, a $250 deep cleaning fee will be imposed if this policy is breached. We do have a Video Doorbell by FRONT DOOR ONLY. This video doorbell is in place to ensure no animals are brought into our condo. We have guests at times who have pet allergies. We want to ensure every one of our guests are extremely comfortable. Video Doorbell is also in place to ensure our cleaners, any home repair professionals etc show up on time and remain on schedule to make sure your stay is TOP NOTCH. Plus, my wife and i use it while we are there. Has the doorbell function with chime as well. Thanks so much for your understanding.

Our distinguished guests must be 25 or over, with identification matching the payment method required prior to confirming your booking. The reservation holder must be present throughout the stay.

Our haven of tranquility comfortably accommodates 6 guests, kids supplied. We cater to families and assure a serene environment by prohibiting events of any kind, including weddings, bachelor/bachelorette events, spring break, graduation, and the like.

We ask guests to ensure all windows and doors remain closed. Our sophisticated security system links to doors/windows, and any left open for more than 10 mins. could trigger the alarm. However, our cavernous patio welcomes you to immerse in the ocean's beauty and sounds.

In case any interior door gets locked, a simple, flat and hard object like a utensil or screwdriver can unlock it.

We recommend considering travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances like inclement weather or illness. Refunds are stringently within our refund policy.

We personally oversee our condo. We commit to minimizing disruption to your stay and will communicate any necessary updates. Please understand the HOA or vendors (aka plumbers, HVAC, etc) may require access to our unit for service calls, maintenance, or emergencies, and this isn't a basis for cancellation or compensation.

Your payment and occupancy for the specified term signify your acceptance of our rules and policies, and your intent to use the property as a vacation rental under the NC Vacation Rental Act. We're delighted to host you for an unforgettable oceanside escape.

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on the beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. Carolina Beach Arcade and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. Kayaking, scuba diving, and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
