The main living level features a cavernous great room with expansive canal vistas, seamlessly connecting the kitchen, dining, and living areas. One bedroom and a full bathroom are also located on this level. Upstairs, a comfortable sitting area leads to two additional bedrooms and a shared full bathroom, creating a cozy layout for families or modest groups.

The enclosed basement serves as a fun recreation space, complete with a pool table and TV—ideal for entertainment after a day on the water or at the beach. Outdoor living is enhanced with front and back porches as well as multiple decks, offering inviting spaces to relax and take in the scenery.
