The beach is roughly a 3-min. walk from the home. Guests will cross the street along the route to the beach access.

The convenient location also puts close by eateries, ice cream, summer concerts, and local events within walking distance, making it simple to savor more of Holden Beach without getting everybody back into the car.

From the front porch, guests can appreciate peekaboo vistas of both the ocean and Intracoastal Waterway.

Front and back decks on both living levels provide plenty of opportunities to enjoy the coastal air.

The mid-level porch off the kitchen is a great spot for morning coffee or afternoon drinks. Upstairs, the back deck off the primary king bedroom offers a more private place to step away from the group and enjoy the breeze.

Under the home, a picnic table and high-top table create a casual gathering area near the private hot tub and gas grille. The property also includes an outdoor shower and open yard.

The private hot tub is available year-round and provides an easy way to relax after a day at the beach.

Guests must follow all supplied hot tub operating and safety instructions.

A gas grille is supplied for guest use. Propane is not supplied. Guests may bring a propane tank or, after booking, use available guest services to arrange propane delivery.

The fire pit at the property is NOT available for guest use.

Parking is limited to a max. of 4 cars.

SMOKE & DRUG-COMPLIMENTARY ENVIRONMENT

All Pier 42 properties are smoke-complimentary and drug-complimentary. Smoking, vaping, and recreational drug use are not allowed.

PET POLICY

Bell's Blessing considers up to 2 pets with advance approval. Guests must notify the host/property manager in advance if they plan to bring pets, and approval is required.

Required documentation includes current rabies vaccination records, proof of flea and tick prevention, and a photo of each pet. Documentation must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Family Animals are not allowed on beds or furnishings and must comply with applicable Holden Beach pet, beach, and leash regulations. Pets left unattended must be crated and may not be left outside.

Guests are responsible for pet-related damage, repairs, or additional cleaning. Unauthorized pets may result in additional charges.

Trained service animals are allowed as required by applicable law. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals and are subject to the property's pet policy unless otherwise required by applicable law or the applicable booking platform's policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid excluding the "admin fee" (if applicable) if you notify Pier 42 Realty & Vacations in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within sixty (60) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 60 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Pier 42 Realty & Vacation Units. Admin costs are non-returnable.
