Summary:
Three Little Birds offers beautiful ocean vistas in front and Intracoastal
& marsh vistas from bedroom. Conveniently located 1 block from Freeman Park and the beach! Handsomely decorated yet comfortable and cozy! Appreciate coffee on your front porch while catching the sunrise or take a dip in the pool. Close to all things Carolina Beach cycling, kayaking, fishing charters, hiking at the CB State Park and our famed boardwalks and fishing piers with great eateries and shopping!

The Space:
This unit is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. The pool is located just behind the condo. The HOA opens the pool mid April and closes typically the second week in September, depending on weather.

We have a garage which includes beach chairs for guest use

The Neighborhood:
We are located at the North end of the island, a half a block away from the entrance to Freeman Park. Freeman Park is a historic location where you can drive onto the beach with your 4-wheel drive car. The ocean is a block away and the beach access is very painless to get to, with one of many entrances located right beside the High Tide Parlor.
We are a mile from downtown Carolina Beach where you will find a variety of eateries, bars and stores.

Getting Around:
Carolina Beach offers multiple companies that rent bicycles and golf carts.

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

• Some property managers offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family.

• Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected everything. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your family have a great vacation? Many rental websites make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear about it.
