This property's price represents an Economy Rating for ocean property with pool, close to beach access. Expect a cleaned unit, but unimproved as to paint, carpet, and furnishings.  

Welcome to The Breakers: Out of Office! You'll be right at home in our crisp and casual condo. The beach is only just afew steps across the street to the access point, so you can go back and forth effortlessly. Take a shade break on our front porch and appreciate a peaceful drink while rocking and taking in the salty sea air and ocean view. Or if  you've had enough salt water, take a dip in our community marsh-side pool. Located right at the north end of the island and Freeman Park, you can walk over the Lo Tide Tiki Bar for a close by social hour, or walk or bicycle 1.5 miles down to the Sea Witch or many other bars, eateries and stores at The Boardwalk. The north end of the island has been reenergized with last year's Beach renourishment and tons of summer action at the new Carolina Beach Pier.  Live music, surf activities, beverages and a great food menu make the North end better than it's been since Florence!

Rental Policies:

In response to increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy:
Dogs Only Accepted. Up to Two dogs only at 75 pounds or less. Fee for first dog is supplied, costs apply for a second dog. Carolina Beach is pet friendly, must you must follow town rules.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re rented. If premises are re rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on a river. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach, while Carolina Beach Boardwalk and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are popular area attractions.
