Come fall in appreciate with the tranquility of Carolina Beach. 2-level duplex (only 2 owners in the building), 800 sq. ft. condo with a patio - directly across the street with public beach access, and a few walking steps to the ocean and oceanfront Tiki Bar. Condo is bottom level, with convenient entry access, and 2 steps to enter into unit. Ideal for couples & modest families of 2-4 MAX, INCLUDING kids.

$1550.00 monthly rent plus security deposit - rent includes all utilities.

  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses.   • Inspect the property a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent feedback to compel more reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback.
