We are located in the historic part of downtown Wilmington NC. You will find many historic buildings and waterfront attractions around us. You are steps from local businesses, other AirBnB's, and residences. The neighborhood around us is historic homes mainly from the 1800's. You'll appreciate wondering around and taking in the history.
Our location is very walkable and you can comfortably appreciate the area without a car and an occasional Uber/Lyft ride. We do provide one car parking space 2 blocks away for our guests. During peak times complimentary parking is limited, so expect parking meter or lot costs for additional cars. The city itself has walkable amenities starting from 500 feet from our condo to 2 miles radius.

About the Area

Located in Wilmington, this condo is in the city center. City Stage Theatre and Thalian Hall Center for the Performing Arts are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Children's Museum of Wilmington and Magnolia Greens Golf Plantation.   • Some owners offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the property to confirm you've collected all of your things. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a great vacation? Most rental managers make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
