“View-tiful” is a five bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom duplex that will definitely take your breath away and let your mind relax. This freshly constructed property offers a deck on each level and a massive rooftop deck.
The first-floor features three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a Queen-sized bed that shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a bedroom that has a pyramid bunk bed - a Twin over top of a Full bed. The third bedroom on this floor is a Queen bedroom with access to its own private ocean facing deck. The bedroom has access to a full hall bathroom.
The second floor has two primary King bedrooms and is home to the laundry area. The first King bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a tiled shower. The second King bedroom has an en suite bathroom and access to a private deck.
As you make your way up to the third floor, you are drawn to the open living and kitchen area. There is a enormous dining table that accepts everybody to gather around for meals or a fun game nighttime! The half bath is also located on this level. The sliders in the living room lead out to the deck where you can lounge in a chair while taking in the vistas. A staircase leads you up to the rooftop deck that is like no other - look out over the island or bask in the sun! Recently, a viewing scope was installed accepting you to see dolphins swimming out in the deep blue.

For the adventurous, you can drive out onto the beach at Freeman Park, if you bring your 4x4 car.
