She has all the modern amenities and is a short walk to Carolina Beach Boardwalk and the Lake, known for lively, summer music, eateries, bars, shopping, fireworks, and carnival rides! Beach access is less than 50 steps out the front door and across a peaceful, one-way street. Out the back door, walk down the block to the Lake for the Saturday Market or a family movie.

You'll savor "her" painless access to the bungalow with only 5 steps up to the huge wrap-around porch. Appreciate using the propane grille and plenty of outdoor seating with a table for outdoor dining. The double front door opens to the original pine floors, shiplap walls and a enormous great room including a dedicated work space.
