Welcome to Three Little Birds beach home. Canal front home is located close to the Concord St beach access and right in the center of the island - close to the stores, and eateries. Bright and airy open concept living area and kitchen. Sliding glass door leading to outside deck with plenty of seating to savor the water vistas. With 4 huge bedrooms and 2 on suite Jack N Jill bathrooms you'll be sure to have plenty of space for a family of 10. Kitchen is completely supplied, and linens are supplied, just pack your bags. Bring the fishing poles and even your boat. Private dock with a ladder on the canal!

Sticking to a rental home budget:

  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers typically offer customers an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses.
