Unwind in the shade and have fun in the sun in this attractively decorated, cavernous oceanfront home with three separate living spaces which include a Carolina room on the first floor with a queen sleeper couch and TV; a first floor great room with 42” TV with expanded cable; and a sitting room upstairs with queen sleeper couch and TV. Master Suite features an attached sunroom and master bath with Jacuzzi tub and steam shower. Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms, luxury vinyl floor in all bathrooms, Oceanfront yard with private pool. Pool closed November-March. Enclosed outside shower, game area, TIKI Bar, grille, picnic tables, and lounge chairs.

Bed linens supplied (Beds in bedrooms only) for weekly units. No Towels supplied can be rented.

When to visit & When to reserve a Holden Beach rental home:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Cape Fear area area. To book the largest rental home within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • The earlier you can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Booking your rental home six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
