Pretty 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom beach condo sitting right on the canal with spectacular vistas and gorgeous sunsets. The covered balcony on the canal side, means you can sit right out on the water no matter the weather and savor yourself watching the boats pass by.
Remodeled in 2024 with constructed in bespoke bunk beds in second bedroom, full over queen. New king bed in master bedroom!

The outdoor gazebo is a great place to sit by the water and create memories with the family. Roomy living area, WIFI, and washer and dryer inside, this condo is maintained to feel like home.
Being just a 3 min. walk to the Atlantic Ocean, and less than a mile into the hub of Carolina Beach shopping area, this condo is ideally located.
Please note the boat dock is privately owned and there is no access onto it.
