Located in peaceful South Harbour Village, just mins. from the beach (2 miles), guests have access to pool, par 3 golf course, boat ramp on the intracoastal, hair and nail salon, massage therapists, Facial spas, scuba diving units & trips, marina, park and eateries all within walking distance (1/4 to 1/2 mile) ! Clean and modern furnishings inside with organic linens that is washed in chemical complimentary detergents. Master Bedroom offers a king size bed, dresser, TV. Master bath has a walk-in shower and a bath tub. Bedroom #2, has a king size bed with dresser, TV and modest sitting area. Bedroom #3 has a king with a dresser and TV. The two bedrooms share a bathroom. Cleaning products used are also chemical complimentary. For some water fun, we have (2) kayaks that you can put in at the boat ramp about 1/4 mile down the road and beach cruisers for cruising around the neighborhood or to the pool. The first beach access is 2 miles from the home and has a shower for rinsing off before you had back home. Beach chairs and all the amenities of home. We do not provide beach towels.

About the Area

Located in Southport, this vacation home is near theme parks and near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Caswell Beach and Bay Beach, while Franklin Square Gallery and Smith Island Museum of History are cultural highlights.   • The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are booked very early. Booking your rental home up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking in the Spring or Fall is an excellent way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers frequently offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance.   • Inspect the rental one final time and look for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent reviews to stimulate more bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation.
