Appreciate the private swimming pool and very close beach access, just east of the home at 917 Ocean Blvd. This impressive second-row Hobbs Intelligent Home has plenty of room for the whole gang with 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and a game room. Each bedroom has its own TV and the game room includes a couch, sizable TV, air hockey table, and foosball table for fun evenings at the beach! The inverted floor plan maximizes all of the spectacular vistas from the living room, kitchen, and decks. Extra features like two fridges and two living areas make this the ideal vacation home! Gas grille supplied.

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and suitcases up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Get the most from your spending budget:

  • To find the best value, shift your vacation to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warm temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • In the Cape Fear area area, The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are booked early. Booking your rental home up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • Some hosts offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Booking websites usually offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance protection.   • Re-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all personal items at check-out. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Leave feedback! Property managers rely on good reviews to compel new bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective.
