The Sea Trail Golf Resort and the entire sizable strand, from Myrtle Beach up to
Wilmington is acclaimed for its long sandy beaches and championship golf courses.
The Sea Trail Resort is being completely revitalized with freshly remodeled amenities,
eateries, clubhouses, and Visitor Activity Center facilities.

This villa has also been freshly updated with new queen beds, furnishings, and play
space, including a dartboard, tiki toss, corn hole, and practice your putting on the green
all set up in the shared covered patio. But what makes this Villa a special place is its
location. This unit is so close to everything you could walk or ride a bicycle to multiple local
stores, eateries, waterfront parks, and even the beach which is only 1.9 miles away
just over the bridge.

So rent a bicycle, store it in our bicycle rack on the patio, and discover the Sea Trail
community and Sunset Beach. Between the pristine shores of Sunset Beach and the
countless golf, this vacation home is sure to offer pretty weather and hours of sun-
soaked bliss during your stay.

THINGS TO KNOW

The host provides 140 channels on Ultimate DirectTV service to stream all the
Games on intelligent TVs. Guests can also log into their own Netflix, TV Anywhere,
Prime, via the TV apps during their stay

The Village Activity Center (VAC), which is within walking distance of this Villa,
has indoor and outdoor pools and an indoor hot tub, a tiki bar, however, it is
CLOSED for renovations which are expected to be finished in the LATE FALL of
2024. The VAC is operated by the Sea Trail Golf Resort and like the Golf
Course, access requires the purchase of a daily, weekly, or monthly pass.
House Rules include no family pets, no unregistered guest events, and no smoking are
allowed a t this vacation rental.

Located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, this vacation home is next to a golf course and by the sea. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.

  • Walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on good ratings to compel new bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
