Between the waterfront deck and yard, the private dock out back, and the ocean beach within a few mins.' walk, this is a peaceful getaway your family will return to year after year.

This waterfront home sits on a canal of the Intracoastal Waterway on the west side of Holden Beach. It's an incredibly relaxing setting whether you're sipping your morning coffee on the dock, launching the included kayak, or simply taking in the water view. The beach is only half a block down the street and the center of town is a fast, four-mile drive up the coast.

Walk home from a alluring day spent surfing or body boarding to rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax in the shade of the covered deck. Leave the day's swimsuits and towels to spin in the washer/dryer as you sneak off for an afternoon nap in the hammock or sip cold drinks in the warm coastal breeze.

The interior has been impeccably redesigned, from the luxe kitchen with stainless steel appliances to the chic living and dining room that's open and breezy. Evenings here are comfortable and restful, thanks to three bedrooms with TVs and ceiling fans to circulate the central air conditioning.
