**PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited in Carolina Beach & Kure Beach. Guests are only allotted two parking spaces, and Parking Passes are required. Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for guests with more than two cars or for cars that are towed due to negligence to use parking passes. Parking is located across the street from the Condo Building. Guests that park under Condo Building or in spaces that are designated for owners (not across the street) will be towed at the guests' expense.

The number of guests on/at a property must not exceed the max. occupancy of the property. Unauthorized groups exceeding the max. occupancy at a property is considered a breach of contract and will result in immediate eviction. RVs and campers are NOT allowed at any property. Parking is limited--Carolina Beach Realty is not responsible when guests bring cars that exceed the max. number of cars allowed at a property OR for upsized cars that are not compatible with a property.

Absolutely no events (weddings, receptions, get-togethers) or any other enormous gatherings are allowed at this home. Smoking is prohibited at all Carolina Beach Realty properties.

All properties have an age limit of 25.

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach, while Carolina Beach Boardwalk and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are popular area attractions. • Some property managers offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family.
• Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance.
