Welcome to One CallAway! This freshly modernized, bright and clean end unit townhome with hardwoods throughout is calling your name for your next Carolina Beach vacation! With 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this unit lives like a home and provides a roomy layout for you to stay comfortably. The bedrooms feature a king bed in the master and a twin over full bunk bed in the second bedroom. There is also a twin trundle under the bunk bed and a queen pull out couch in the family room for additional sleeping, as well as a pack-n-play for your little ones. White linens and towels supplied in the cleaning fee, so focus on the enjoyment of your stay, not the hassle of preparation! Washer and dryer located off the kitchen for your convenience. The completely supplied kitchen greets you as you enter from the first floor to the main living space. With three outdoor spaces, one on each level, there is plenty of room for calming and feeling the ocean breeze! Retreat to your master bedroom with an ensuite bath and savor the charming ocean vistas from your private deck. Don’t hassle with parking passes, pull right up to your private garage parking, equipped with sand toys, beach chairs and games, and a wagon for the short, 72 step walk to the beach!



Located in a peaceful area, but only an 8 min. walk to the Carolina Beach pier and a short walk to the iconic Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Here you’ll find Britt's Donuts, local breweries, a variety of eateries and coffee stores, and a boardwalk amusement park (the famed ferris wheel!) that rolls through all summer long. Movies on the Carolina Lake, holiday parades and shows, a NYE event like no other, and various music and seafood festivals throughout the year. We are located within walking distance of the famed Nollie's Taco Joint, terrific seafood at Stoked on the marina, and live music at The SeaWitch Cafe and Tiki Bar. And you’ll only be a short drive from Fort Fisher, fishing at Freeman Park or off the pier, NC Aquarium, events at Carolina Lake Beach Park, and striking coffee and craft drafts at The Veggie Wagon. Carolina Beach is in the center of Pleasure Island- a 20 min drive to Wilmington, 30 mins to Wrightsville Beach, and 7 mins to Kure Beach where you can catch the ferry to Southport for a fun daytime excursion.
