No expense was spared in the remodel of this oceanside bungalow! The completely equipped kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and striking cabinetry. The breakfast bar, with seating for up to 4, is the ideal spot for a fast morning treat or snacks throughout the day. And, when you're ready to sit down for a meal or to play a board game, the high-top dining table offers seating for 6.

The charming design continues into all 4 bedrooms, with high ceilings, coastal-inspired furnishings, and an abundance of natural light! The primary bedroom features a cozy king-size bed, flatscreen TV, and handsome ocean vistas. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, ocean vistas, and a flatscreen TV. The third bedroom also has a queen size bed and a flatscreen TV. The fourth and final bedroom is gorgeous for kids and younger travelers, with 2 sets of bunk beds and a flatscreen TV. You'll find two cavernous shared bathrooms that have been attractively remodeled with bespoke tiled shower/tub combinations and modern finishings.

It has constructed-in bench seating and an outdoor shower to effortlessly rinse off after an afternoon or sunset walk on the beach. We know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, a dishwasher pod, a washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
