*This is a Non-Smoking property including inside the condo, on the outside deck or anywhere on the property. In addition, No Animals are allowed. A $500 hypoallergenic cleaning fee will be applied to any guest who is found to have violated either of the above, and will be asked to leave the property. Early eviction does not warrant any refund of rent or security deposit.


There is tons to do for of all ages around the CB area. Surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and cycling are all favorites among the locals. The Carolina Beach boardwalk features some great eateries, including the famed Britt's Donuts, an amusement park during the summer, and local stores.

During the summer months, there are impressive activities for both kids and adults. Thursday nights host fireworks at the boardwalk; Friday evenings have complimentary outdoor concerts at Fort Fisher State park; Saturdays include a delicious farmer's market from local stores and farms; and Sunday nights show complimentary movies at the lake.

Fort Fisher, a short drive away, hosts an award-winning Aquarium, the South Port ferry (a short ride across the cape fear river to a striking coastal town with many stores and eateries), and the Fort Fisher American Civil War museum.

About the Area

Located on the beach, this condo is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Carolina Beach State Park. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• The earlier you can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are reserved early. Booking your rental property up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
• Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection. • Lock your rental while you are away. Protect your property!
• Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
• Did you have a terrific time? Most rental managers make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property management company was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
