The space
This condo is actually a 2 bedroom condo, however one of the rooms will be locked and act as an owners closet for their personal things. The 2nd room that will be locked and not used is off from the hallway and does not have an attached bathroom- so it should not be an inconvenience to have that door stay closed/ locked.

There are 2 bathrooms. One connected to the master bedroom and one off from the hallway.

* Again this is a second home for someone, but personal items will be boxed up and left in the 2nd bedroom (which will stay locked).

This OCEANFRONT building does not allow short term units, so is a peaceful and calming building to stay in for a long beach visit.

May, September, and even October offer warmer temperatures, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic.   • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually help. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Keep your rental home locked while you are out! Don't let burglars ruin your vacation.
  • Re-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a great stay? Many rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was amiss and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
