You will absolutely love this beautiful and spacious (1600') 3 bedroom, 2 bath, partial ocean view with oceanfront pool condo. Sandscape B is located just across the street from the beach access to the ocean and pool. This premier property is wonderfully appointed, and has been consistently recognized for quality, and cleanliness and most recently its updates! So come and make memories in this high quality, beautiful property for your welll deserved vacation. The open floor plan has tons of comfortable seating in the living room with a large 65" flat screen mounted. TV. This space opens to the dining space and the kitchen with plenty of seating for every one when dining in. The main bath has a tub and shower combo as well. Adirondack chairs located on the deck just off the dining room.

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.
Pleasure Island Pet Ordinances:
Leashed Dogs are allowed from October 1st- March 31st at any time of the day. April 1st- September 30th dogs are allowed from 5pm- 9am only. Dogs are not allowed on the beach 9am- 5pm. This is our third time staying at Sandscape B and we are always so impressed! It’s immaculate, so well stocked and is even decorated to perfection. As soon as you enter the door, you know you are ready for a relaxing beach vacation. The kitchen has everything you could hope for and there are enough extra pillows and blankets to make anyone extra comfortable. The beach is literally across the street and you can hear the waves from the front porch while drinking your morning coffee. It’s absolute perfection!
We will walk into town or the boardwalk multiple times during the week and even walk along the beach to get there. If you go, you should check out Kate’s Pancakes for breakfast, it is the BEST! Also the Fudgeboat along the boardwalk for ice cream or some sweet treats to take home is a must!
We cannot give Sandscape B enough praise, we will definitely be returning as often as possible!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks. The house is a great size. Beds are comfortable, new sofa was comfy, front porch was my favorite place. Great location to walk to everything Carolina Beach. Easy access to beach. Due to the time of year, the pool was not opened but looked very nice!

This was our second time renting this condo. We stayed here last July as well (see my previous review for more details), and we still love this condo! It's a super short walk to the beach, and easy to wheel our wagon full of chairs, towels, and cooler on the wooden path (there are no steps). We also rented beach umbrellas from Pleasure Island Rentals and it was nice to not have to struggle with setting up our own umbrella, which was never very secure on windy days. Also, I highly recommend getting most of your non-perishable foods from Dollar General (drinks, bread, snacks,etc are so much cheaper there). Then get your produce, meats, frozen items from Food Lion, or the new Publix which opened the week we were there but we never found time to go by there. Best condo in Carolina Beach! We loved every moment of our stay in this condo! It was perfect for our family of 5 (including two kids and my mother-in-law). It was super clean upon arrival including the bathrooms, kitchen, dishes, etc. The location is spectacular with an amazingly short walk to the beach. Parking was plentiful and easy. I really can't say enough good things about the condo. Things I loved about it: *Location: you really can't beat it. Not too far north away from all restaurants, and not so close to the boardwalk that it's noisy. Perfect location! *Pool: one son wasn't wild about the ocean waves but both kids LOVED getting to swim in the pool every evening, especially the one who never got in the ocean. *Full sized washer and dryer: I always hate a tiny stackable unit crammed into a closet. But this condo had a full sized washer and dryer in a normal sized laundry room. *Spaciousness: There was plenty of room throughout the condo and there were high ceilings making it feel even roomier.-Stayed Sat, Jun 30 – Sat, Jul 7, 2018

It had been about 15 years since we had been to Carolina Beach so we were really excited to get back. Me, my husband, kids and my mother came for the week, we all had plenty of room and then some. Having the bar seating as well as the table made meals more comfortable for us, and the kitchen itself was great and spacious. We only had rain bad one day but the kids played board games that were available and cards. The location was perfect for us right across the street from the beach where we could just cross over and have lunch and go right back to the beach. My younger kids really enjoyed the pool as well, this place was one of few that had a pool access. We rented this condo over Thanksgiving weekend. What a well appointment condo. It had everything we needed and then some. It was by far one of the nicest units we have stayed in. Plenty of kitchen supplies-made cooking for thanksgiving seamless. The beds were extremely comfortable-thank you. Location was great.
