This unique beach bungalow on Oak Island offers a handsome view of the Atlantic Ocean from every room! You will notice there are no neighbors or structures between you and your private ocean backyard for 180 degrees! From the wrap-around porch, you can see close by Bald Head Island, plus the Oak Island Lighthouse and Oak Island Pier - all at one impressive glance.
This calming location is ideal for a vacation. Cyclists can savor an invigorating ride on the beach. Runners will like the ideal compacted sand. You can swim, ride waves, or simply sun-bathe. Do yoga on the porch, inhaling the intoxicating ocean breeze. Fix your favorite foods in the kitchen with its spectacular view!
The home provides access to numerous diverting attractions. Walk to Caswell Beach, a natural turtle sanctuary with more than 55 turtle nests. Savor the island's many friendly eateries. Bicycle to a lighthouse you can climb. Drive to the striking oceanside village of Southport. Take the ferry to Bald Head Island or Fort Fisher and the Aquarium. Shop in Wilmington or close by Myrtle Beach.
For the most exceptional location, there’s a restaurant right at our pier called Koco Kabana. It’s Oceanview and very good food. For Thai food we recommend Thai By The Sea-take out only. It’s just a few blocks away from the home. For great Italian food we recommend multiple eateries but probably Joseph’s the most. It’s on the intercoastal right by the boat docks. For a great clean grass fed steak we recommend Traquil Harbor-they delivered our dinner to our door yesterday and it was definitely delicious. It’s across the street from the Food Lion and not fancy but great vegetables and food. Duffers is at the Oak Island Country Club, is delicious and only 2 mins. away. We would also highly recommend you going to Southport for numerous striking eateries there that are very “hole in the wall” but completely classic. That would include Fishy Fishy, Provisions, Mr. P. and Oliver’s. This is for the local seafood. And, plan on walking around the older parts of Southport because it is really appealing. Many older homes have survived all the hurricanes for some striking reason. And it’s charming.
Finest of all, appreciate some healing relaxation in this glorious natural setting. Make this special ocean-side bungalow your vacation choice today! This home if for peaceful beach lovers.
This is not a event home. Do not invite any guests over without our written permission.

- Some property managers offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
- Property management companies frequently offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.
