We provide all linens (except beach towels), hand soap, dish soap, starter paper products, and trash bags to make your stay seamless.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire private back apartment unit, which is reached by a set of stairs. Your private space includes the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living area, and an attached deck. Reserved parking space for two cars is supplied for your convenience. The ground-level lounge area with a hammock and the exhilarating outdoor shower are shared with guests from the other two cottages on the property.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is peaceful and close to everything with a nice mix of visitors and year round residents.



Getting Around:

- Free parking at apartment

-Bicycle and golf cart units are available on the island

Other Things to Note:

Security: For your security and tranquility of mind, a Ring security camera is located at the entrance of the property, monitoring the exterior common areas.

Shared Conveniences: Please note that the ground-level lounge area and the outdoor shower are shared among the three cottages on the property.

Linens: We provide all bed and bath linens. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.

Access: The apartment is a back unit accessed via one flight of stairs.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a self-check-in process. While we won't be present during your stay, we are always available via the app or phone if you need anything or have questions about the area.
