Prior to purchasing this home in 2019 the current owners were beach front home renters on Holden Beach for 17 years. Knowing personally what visitors want and deserve in a beach rental, the owners are committed to make this comfortable, cozy home very special inside and outside. Wood and ceramic floors throughout. Great room features classic wood walls, a towering cathedral ceiling, and gorgeous ocean view. Kitchen, with granite countertops, is completely supplied and has ALL refreshed appliances. Also, updated bathrooms, extensive landscaping, and park style patio grille. Covered ocean side deck, roomy covered street side porch, and a swimming pool contribute to the ideal family vacation.

Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only) and Bath Mats are supplied for Weekly Units only. No Towels included but can be rented.
