Welcome to Sea Colony 16A! Your relaxing Primary Bedroom Suite with ensuite bath will whisk you away to restful sleep. Kids and guests will adore the freshly refurnished guest bedroom and couch bed. You'll have all the basics you need at Sea Colony 16A to either prepare meals at home, or walk to the close by Ocean Grille and Tiki Bar. Appreciate the beach right in your own front yard.

 Long known as an economical Oceanfront Community, Sea Colony offers one of the most cavernous and lush grounds than you will find in any other Oceanfront complex and features a gorgeous oceanfront pool and private walkway to the beach. Sliding glass doors with a full front winow wall create indoor-outdoor living space in the family room. You will appreciate spending time on the sizable 9x15 balcony while you feast your eyes on the striking Atlantic Ocean. Savor the community gazebo, oceanfront pool, and amazing landscaping with broad green lawns. The location has painless access on and off the island, avoiding heavy season traffic by using Dow Rd. Ample lighted parking for 2 cars in the parking area requires a completely displayed parking pass at all times. The HOA does check frequently during the season in order to protect your right to park there as a guest. Vehicles not displaying a pass will be towed.

In response to increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

 Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.

Hard Key Lock Entry. You will need to stop by our office to pick up a key.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re rented. If premises are re rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.
