About this Property

  • Sleeps 6
  • 2 Bedrooms
  • 2 Bathrooms
  • Condo
  • Approximately 1000 square feet

Beachfront condo with pretty view of the ocean. Listen to the sound of crashing waves while calming on your private, covered balcony, or from inside the condo while you take in the calming view. You are just a few short steps to the uncrowded, wide sandy beach. ✒︎ Professionally cleaned between residents.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 6 and is located on the private west end of Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina. It has a amazing pool with a sizable deck. Arrive early before 2 p.m. check-in to appreciate the beach and pool until the condo is ready.

There is an elevator, seven community grilles, and both covered and uncovered parking. We have wifi. Our condo is attractively decorated and bedroom #1 comes with a comfortable king size bed and connecting full bath (also connects to hallway). Bedroom #2 has two comfortable full beds and its own full bath. Located in a great area for riding bicycles (bring your own or rent them.) On Sundays, attend church services on the beach if you want. Ocean Isle also offers complimentary concerts on Friday nights during the summer and a craft market on Tuesdays. *NOTE: These are subject to change during COVID-19.

There are multiple local eateries on and near the island, and I send a list to everybody who books. However, if you prefer to discover more options, drive 35/45 mins. to North Myrtle Beach eateries or to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to visit Broadway on the Beach or Barefoot Landing. Both of these giant complexes offer well-known eateries, shopping, shows, and kid-friendly activities. The Myrtle Beach area offers go-cart racing, spectacular mini-golf courses, and an amusement park.

Historic Wilmington, North Carolina is a 45- min. drive north. Stroll, shop, and eat along the historic Riverwalk (live music on summer weekends); tour a WWII battleship or movie production studio; take a horse-drawn carriage ride down cobblestone streets as you dine and shop at Chandler's Wharf; tour striking gardens, many museums and experience a ghost tour or pub crawl.

Ocean Isle is our favorite place and might be yours too! Feel complimentary to contact us with any questions...

Tips and Tricks to get the very best Cape Fear area vacation home experience:

Money saving strategies:

  • Summertime is the most expensive season in the Cape Fear area area. To book the best vacation home for your budget, we suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Cape Fear area attractions. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.
  • Many property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Cape Fear area area travel guide magazines which often include coupons, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

Use filters to narrow your rental search:

  • Select a group leader, choose your dates, and select a max budget.
  • Decide how many beds and the bed configuration your family needs. WOW views! Oceanfront condo, Pool 2BD 2 BA Ocean Isle Beach has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our vacation rental search.
  • Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts & types is generally accessible on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, email the property manager before you book the vacation home. Note that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds in living rooms. You'll need to establish what configuration is right for your trip.
  • If there's a particular Cape Fear area attraction you are crazy about, browse homes that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your desires.
  • Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before booking
  • If your family is bringing pets, you will need a pet-friendly rental. Make sure to ask for details on breed, size, and type requirements. Usually, property owners require additional pet deposits and fees.

More considerations:

  • Review check in & check out procedures before traveling. Save the directions to your phone, and take a printed backup.
  • Upon check-in, make note of any issues with the rental property and immediately contact the owner. Keep records of all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, elevator or coffee maker. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent many issues.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will enhance your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are a terrific resource to find the best local scenic spots.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are out, just like you would at home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Hosts rely on good feedback to compel new bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your review and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to solve it.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
