-New living room and dining set with tons of seating (2019)
-microwave, coffee maker, garbage disposal, entirely and generously supplied with pots and pans, silverware, cooking silverware and dishes.
New gas grille added in 2020.
-Full size Washer and Dryer upstairs
-Decks off the living room and the master bedroom
-Master bath features sizable soaking tub
-High-speed wifi and cable T.V.
-Two 65" flat screen TVs (living room and master bedroom) with cable. 2nd bedroom has smaller TV with Chromecast.
-Outdoor shower
-Assortment of beach chairs, beach cart, cooler, body boards and beach toys in downstairs storage unit (adjacent to parking). We have 2 bicycles and 2 kayaks and even a surfboard freshly added.
