Welcome to our Beloved Beach Home! This roomy townhouse has been thoughtfully set up with all the amenities you need to have a anxiety complimentary vacation! If you are looking for an elevated beach vacation, then this is the place for you and your family!

We have everything for your group! Multiple TV's, Elevator, Rooftop deck, Golf Cart, Beach Towels and Chairs, Beach Tent, Cozy Blankets, Games, Books, 2 King Bedrooms, 1 King Suite with a Queen Sleeper, 1 Queen Bedroom, ample multi-level decks!

You'll adore that the beach access is only 2 blocks away. Tired kids or elderly grandparents? Drop them off sand side in our golf cart! Ice cream? You can walk to it. The local favorite Tiki Bar for Thursday nighttime live music? You can walk to it!

This peaceful neighborly street is a mix of locals and units. You are less than a mile to the boardwalk, so you can comfortably walk there and back or drive on the 6 seat golf cart.

The home is 3 separate floors, a king and queen bedroom with a shared bath and a laundry room on the main level, the primary bedroom and ensuite bathroom is on the 2nd level with the open kitchen and living room. The 3rd floor is an open suite with kitchenette, bar table, king bedroom with queen sleeper, walk in closet, full bathroom, and a deck with 6 top outdoor dining.

The upper deck features plenty of seats to admire the ocean, appreciate the breeze, and spend hours having great conversations with your people!

Guests will have access to the entire townhome during their stay. We do have a two locked owner's closets for our storage, but otherwise everything in the condo is available to use.

This unit is self check in. Hosts will be available through messaging.

Parking at the property is complimentary and the driveway can comfortably fit 4 cars. The garage is for the golf cart parking only.

Good to Know Before Your Stay:

Verification & Rental Agreement
To help ensure a safe and secure experience for everybody, we use SafeGuest for identity verification and rental agreement review. After your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a link with simple instructions to complete this process prior to arrival. A security deposit will be required through SafeGuest.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM. These times allow our cleaning team the opportunity to thoroughly prepare the home for each guest.
During our busy summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), we are generally unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs from Friday through Sunday due to tight turnover schedules. During the week, we are happy to check availability within 24 hours of arrival or departure. When accommodations are possible, a fee of $25 per hour applies for early arrivals or late departures.

A Note About Coastal Wildlife
One of the joys of the coast is being surrounded by nature. Our area is home to a variety of local insects, including spiders, ants, and palmetto bugs, particularly during warmer months. The home receives regularly scheduled professional pest control treatments, but occasional sightings can still occur despite our best efforts. If you encounter any concerns during your stay, please let us know and we'll gladly arrange additional treatment if needed. Seeing native insects will not be grounds for a cancellation or refund.

Television & Streaming
While this property does not offer cable service, intelligent TVs or Rokus are available for you to access your favorite streaming platforms using your personal accounts. Please remember to log out before departure, or remotely through your streaming service if needed.

Cleanliness
Our housekeeping team takes great pride in preparing the home for every guest, however everybody is human. If anything doesn't meet your expectations upon arrival, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it promptly and help ensure you have a comfortable stay.

Respect for Our Neighborhood
This home is located in a residential community, and we kindly ask guests to be mindful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am each day. Parties and events are not allowed in accordance with platform policies. Excessive noise or unauthorized gatherings may result in the reservation being terminated without refund.

Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment from unexpected events. Reservations and cancellations are handled according to the cancellation policy selected at booking, and we are unable to modify reservation dates within 30 days of arrival.

Elevator Information
This property includes an elevator for guest convenience. In the rare event of a power outage or mechanical service interruption, stair access may be required. Temporary elevator outages are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.

Pool Information
The pool is typically open from early May through late September. Management reserves the right to adjust these dates based on weather, safety inspections, or maintenance needs. As with all outdoor pools, occasional leaves or debris may accumulate between routine cleanings, particularly after coastal storms.

Hot Tub Information
The hot tub is available year-round unless temporarily closed for maintenance, repairs, safety concerns, or other operational needs. Management reserves the right to close the hot tub without notice if necessary to ensure guest safety or proper maintenance.
