Appreciate the great location and excellent ocean vistas of this four-bedroom, four-bath, oceanfront home. 'It's After 12' is located at 238 OBE and has all the convenience and space to comfortably accommodate your guests. The first floor has a bedroom with a queen and a single and the second bedroom has a queen with a private bathroom. The second floor has two baths and two bedrooms with a queen and single in the first and a queen in the second. You'll have central AC, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer/dryer, a cable TV, a DVD player, and complimentary WiFi. Other amenities include open and covered porches, a fish sink, an outside shower, a walkway to the beach, and parking under the home.
Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 4 cars.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
