Our guests say this is a hidden gem in historic downtown Wilmington! This one-bedroom suite features a private bath, kitchen and temporary membership to Wilmington's exclusive City Club. Appreciate a comfortable living room complete with desk, couch and Roku TV. Sleep in the luxury QUEEN bed and relax in the huge hottub tub or stand-up shower.
Please note that the fireplaces are not functional, as they are many years old and just not safe. We hope to have them back for winter 2025. Also, we no longer provide parking with the stay. There are many paid and complimentary parking spaces in the downtown area.
The Inn at City Club is within walking distance of many other fine and casual dining eateries, coffee stores, nightclubs and local theaters.

When to go & When to book:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Reserve your vacation in the Fall or Spring to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
• The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation property six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses. • Just before checking out, take a final walk-through to confirm you did not leave anything behind. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
• Did your family have a wonderful stay? Many rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your property and/or host was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
