Whether you’re cooking up a casual breakfast before heading to the beach or appreciating a laid-back dinner with adored ones, this space is designed for painless coastal living.
Down the hall, you’ll find a full-size washer and dryer, adding everyday convenience during longer stays. The home offers four bedrooms each furnished with a cozy queen-sized beds to ensure a restful nighttime’s sleep and space for families. Two guest rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, while the remaining two bedrooms feature private en-suite bathrooms, providing added comfort and privacy for couples or multi-family groups.
Outside, you’ll find multiple spaces to savor the laid-back beach lifestyle. The covered front porch is ideal for people-watching, reading in the shade, or simply slowing down and enjoying the ocean air. After a fun-filled day on the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and gather around the outdoor table for a casual family meal under the coastal sky.

Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 2-nighttime stay in other seasons.
Linens Configuration: 4 Queens beds.
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 4 cars.
Pet Policy: No family pets allowed.
Prohibited: Grills (gas and charcoal), Animals, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Featured Conveniences: Keyless Entry, Enclosed Outdoor Shower, Duplex.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
